The town of Cortona, in the province of Arezzo in Tuscany, was our inspiration to bring an authentic Italian experience to Park City.
Our families are from Campobasso in the region of Molise and Rome. Making fresh pasta with Nona was the very foundation of JoAneen’s concept for Cortona.
Our flour is imported from Italy where the Romans first ground seeds to make flour as early as 6000 BC.

Pasta is made fresh daily in house
Dishes are Rustic and bring back basic traditional Italian cooking.
Gelato is made in house with local flavors and nut pastes imported from Italy.
Our Wines do not reflect resort pricing. Bottles are priced at cost plus $30. Corkage is $20.
